November 22: Queen Satyricon XI hosts a “Live Beef Cake Cake Auction”!

Queen Satyricon XI hosts an afternoon of “hanky panky” fun at Grandpre’s, 824 North Rampart Street, from 2pm to 5pm on Sunday November 22, 2015. Proceeds benefit the Mystic Krewe of Satyricon’s bal Masque XIV.

The Saints don’t play but that doesn’t mean we can’t. Come out in your best bandana-inspired attire and join the Krewe as we present an all-you-can-eat buffet and a “Live Beef Cake Cake Auction“, just in time for your Thanksgiving guests. The sweets up for grabs include Ken GrandPre’s Red Velvet Cake; Todd Blauvelt’s White Chocolate Sweet Potato Cake and Honey Cake with Carmelized Pears; June Pennick’s 7up Cake; Will Antill’s German Suprize; Kevin’s German Chocolate Cake; Rip and Marsha’s Bread Pudding; and an undisclosed sweet sensation by Michelle Harris. There will be many more by auction time, and we promise there will be NO STORE BOUGHT CAKES!
